While I've written a few stand-alone novels and short stories, my main project is “Dark Tales of Randamor the Recluse.”\n\nYou can find more information about me and my books on my website, Ximerion, http://www.ximerion.com.\n\nAlthough my books are usually put in the Epic Fantasy with Gay Main Characters genre, you could also say they are Alternate History with Gay Protagonists, or even M/M-Romance. Some readers call the series Military Fiction. Or Dark Epic Fantasy. Or Coming of Age.\n\nThere's a reason this series doesn't fit anywhere perfectly. I broke several rules writing them, because I wasn't so much trying to write a book, or a series of books, but a world in which you can live.\n\nI can't tell you whether I succeeded. You'll have to decide for yourself, but let me warn you upfront: The protagonists of this series of novels are gay and there are explicit scenes of man on man action.
